Plant & Machinery with Computer Aided Design
Amrutam Pump Industries has been manufacturing quality submersible motors for decades, and our highly efficient submersible motors are among the very best on the market. The motors are based on state-of-the-art technology comprising a highly reliable shaft, seals and heavy-duty thrust bearing. High efficiency and long operating life ensure low, long-term cost of ownership.
Our pumpsets are manufactured using the latest technology - SPM & CNC machines - under the strict supervision of qualified and experienced engineers, to maintain quality and performance. The company also has ultra-modern testing & inspection instruments.
We have installed auto-welding machines, auto hydraulic pneumatic and assembly units, and computerized printing and marking machines for name-plates & pump-motor components. CAD is used for designing all critical components, impellers and electrical motors to achieve optimum performance. Our unit also has R&D facilities to study and analyse products for continual improvement, up-gradation of quality, efficiency and performance of pumpsets.
Our computerized testing laboratory features an electromagnetic flow-meter, providing a unique facility for testing Head vs Discharge and overall efficiency at various positions, and plotting performance curves - minimizing human error and making test reports more authentic and reliable.
These motors are available in 3", 4", 6", 8" and 10" sizes, ranging from 0.5 HP to 100 HP.
